Painter

Location: Lichfield

Rate: £ 11 p/h

Our customer are currently refurbishing a large office building in Lichfield centre, and require an experienced painter for the next month to assist with completion. Once this job is done we will have more work in the local area with the same company.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks
- Apply paint and other finishes to various surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, and trim
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Use brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply paint evenly and efficiently
- Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools
- Ensure work area is clean and free of hazards before, during, and after painting
Experience:
- Proven experience as a painter in a professional setting
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Familiarity with safety regulations and precautions when working with paints and chemicals
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship
